目的 :研究阿托品的心脏自主神经系统效应。方法 :用我室研制的计算机化分析系统 ,测定自愿受试者在给予阿托品(0 04mg/kg,iv)前和后1小时心动周期信号的特征参数。结果 :阿托品使心动周期、心动周期的标准差、谱的总功率、谱的高频成分显著降低 ,心率和谱的超低频成分的相对值显著增加。结论 :(1)阿托品能使心动周期的标准差 (或心率的标准差 )显著降低 ,意味着心率的不整齐性的降低 ,这是使心动周期信号谱的高频成分的绝对值和相对值显著降低的根本原因 ,也是副交感神经的张力降低的根本原因 ;(2)阿托品能相对增加交感神经的张力 ,降低副交感神经的张力 ,降低自主神经系统的张力 (表现为心动周期信号谱的总功率显著降低 )
Objective: To study the cardiac autonomic nervous system effect of atropine. METHODS: The computerized analysis system developed by our laboratory was used to measure the characteristic parameters of the cardiac cycle signal in voluntary subjects 1 hour before and after administration of atropine (0 04 mg / kg, iv). Results: Atropine significantly reduced the standard deviation of cardiac cycle and cardiac cycle, the total power of the spectrum, the high frequency component of the spectrum, and the relative increase of the heart rate and the ultra low frequency component of the spectrum.
