目的 :探讨健身宝 (JSB)延缓衰老模型小鼠衰老的机制。方法 :将 60只小鼠随机分为 6组 ,除正常对照组外均皮下注射D -半乳糖造成衰老模型 ,并给予不同剂量的JSB和金匮肾气丸治疗 ,用放射免疫法测定各组小鼠治疗前后血清中IL - 2和IL - 6的活性。结果 :衰老模型组IL - 2活性明显低于正常对照组(P <0 .0 1 ) ,IL - 6活性明显高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1 )。JSB各剂量组IL - 2活性均高于衰老模型组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,其IL - 6的异常升高也受到抑制(P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :JSB可提高衰老模型小鼠血清中IL - 2活性 ,抑制IL - 6的异常升高 ,从而增强免疫功能 ,起到延缓衰老作用。
Objective: To explore the mechanism of the aging of aging model mice by JSB. METHODS: Sixty mice were randomly divided into six groups. In addition to the normal control group, subcutaneous injection of D-galactose caused an aging model, and different doses of JSB and Jinkui Shenqi Pills were administered. Each group was measured by radioimmunoassay. Serum IL-2 and IL-6 activity in mice before and after treatment. Results: The IL-2 activity in the aging model group was significantly lower than that in the normal control group (P < 0.01), and the IL-6 activity was significantly higher than that in the normal control group (P <0.01). The activity of IL-2 in each JSB dose group was higher than that in the aging model group (P < 0.01), and the abnormal increase of IL-6 was also inhibited (P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion : JSB can increase IL-2 activity in serum of aging model mice and inhibit abnormal increase of IL-6, thus enhancing immune function and delaying aging.
