我国现有冲压生产中采用条料仍占很大比例,怎样将板料剪成合适的条料,使料头、料尾损失最少,也是一个优化问题。本文对板料剪裁寻优的可行性和必要性作了分析讨论。本着实用、方便的原则,建立了板料剪裁的单方向剪切和中间分切两种情况的数学模型,拟定了优化计算方法。经分析比较和使用结果表明,仅板料的合理剪裁就可提高材料利用率2%左右。
China still has a large proportion of strips used in stamping production. How to cut the sheet into suitable strips so as to minimize the material head and tail loss is also an optimization problem. This article analyzes and discusses the feasibility and necessity of the optimization of sheet metal cutting. Based on the principle of practicality and convenience, the mathematical model of both the unidirectional shearing and the middle shearing of sheet metal is established, and the optimization calculation method is drawn up. The results of analysis and comparison show that only reasonable cutting of sheets can improve the material utilization about 2%.
