通过稻草还田中、长期定位试验,研究了连续21年稻草部分还田和连续4年全量还田对油菜籽脂肪酸组成及关键品质的影响效应。结果表明:连续21年稻草部分还田、连续4年全量还田分别与稻草未还田相比,在油菜籽脂肪酸组成上,均表现出油酸含量显著增加、芥酸含量略有下降的趋势,具有改善油脂组成的正向作用;连续21年稻草部分还田的油菜籽硫甙、蛋白质和脂肪含量均劣于秸秆未还田,差异不显著。连续4年稻草全量还田对硫甙、蛋白质和脂肪含量的影响与长期部分还田一致,但其蛋白质、脂肪含量与稻草不还田的差异显著。
Through straw returning, long-term positioning test, we studied the effects of 21-year continuous straw-returning and 4-year full returning to straw on rapeseed fatty acid composition and key quality. The results showed that the percentage of oleic acid and the content of erucic acid in the rapeseed oil increased significantly after rapeseed meal was fed for 21 years, , Which has the positive effect of improving the composition of oil. The content of glucosinolate, protein and fat of rapeseed partially returning straw for 21 consecutive years was lower than that of straw without returning straw, the difference was not significant. The effect of straw returning to straw on the content of glucosinolate, protein and fat for 4 consecutive years was consistent with the long-term return to straw, but the difference of protein and fat content was not significant.
