目前,美国陆军计划用“斯特赖克” 迫击炮输送车B型(MCV-B)装备7个“斯 特赖克”旅。今年1月,来自第172“斯 特赖克”旅的迫击炮班开展了实兵演练, 第172“斯特赖克”旅也因此成为首个装 备MCV-B的“斯特赖克”旅。实兵演练之 前,这些迫击炮班已经在MCV-B配备的 特殊系统和迫击炮火力控制系统方面接受 了120个小时的训练。过去几个月内,第 172“斯特赖克”旅的MCV-B乘员展开了 旨在提高单兵及班组技能的训练,并开发 了许多新的技术、战术和程序。最先组建 的两个“斯特赖克”旅(第2步兵师第3 旅和第25步兵师第1旅)目前仍使用迫击 炮输送车A型(MCV-A),其携带的M120 追击炮射击动作须在地面完成。不过,未 来几年内这两个旅将逐渐把MCV-A改制 成MCV-B。 MCV-B以“斯特赖克”通用车辆为基 型,可向开展快节奏进攻行动的“斯特赖 克”旅提供瞬时、近距离间瞄火力支援。召 之即来的瞬时火力是保证徒步步兵迅速达 成决定性结果的关键。向进攻中的步兵提 供支援涉及使用包围火力和迷茫火力、实 施精确打击以及对推进之敌进行封锁或压 制。迫击炮可在复杂地形和城市环境中对 进攻行动提供精确、致命和高容量的间瞄 火力支援。 MCV-B平台可有效抵御14．5毫米重型 机枪的攻击,并可加装鸟笼状外围装甲以 抵御火箭助推榴弹的袭击。由于该车驾驶 员与其它车辆的驾驶员接受的训练内容相 同,因此追击炮分队或排能够以每小时96 千米的最高时速同其他受援部队等速前进。
Currently, the U.S. Army plans to equip seven Stryker brigades with the Stryker Mortar Carrier Type B (MCV-B). In January this year, the mortar class from the 172st Stryker Brigade conducted a field drill and the 172st Stryker Brigade became the first Stryker equipped with the MCV-B. trip. Before the rehearsal, the mortar classes had been trained for 120 hours on the MCV-B's special system and mortar fire control system. In the past few months, the MCV-B crew of the 172nd Stryker Brigade conducted training aimed at enhancing the skills of individual soldiers and squadrons and has developed many new techniques, tactics and procedures. The first two Stryker brigades (2nd Infantry Brigade 3 and 25th Infantry Division 1st Brigade) still use the Mortar Carrier Type A (MCV-A), which carries the M120 Pursuit shooting action to be completed on the ground. However, these two brigades will gradually convert MCV-A into MCV-B in the next few years. The MCV-B, based on a Stryker general vehicle, provides immediate and close range fire support to the Stryker brigade operating fast-paced offensive. Instantaneous incoming fire is the key to ensuring a prompt conclusion of foot-infantry. Support for infantry in attack involves the use of siege and conflagration fires, the imposition of precision strikes and the blockade or suppression of advancing props. Mortars provide accurate, fatal and high-capacity aiming fire support for offensive operations in complex terrain and urban environments. MCV-B platform can effectively resist the attack of 14.5 mm heavy machine gun, and can be installed birdcage armored outer armor against the rocket-propelled grenade attack. Since the drivers of the car and other drivers receive the same training, the chaser or platoon is able to move at the same rate as the other supported forces at a maximum speed of 96 kilometers per hour.
