本文首先对管子进行热处理得到不同硬度值的管子,然后胀接了锅筒(管板)硬度与管头硬度不同差值的胀接试件,通过密封试验和拉脱试验研究了锅筒(管板)硬度与管头硬度的不同差值对锅炉胀接质量的影响。结果表明:管子平均硬度值与管板硬度值相近时,胀接接头的密封性能差,拉脱力较小;管子平均硬度值低于管板硬度值11HB~41HB时,胀接接头可以获得良好的密封性能和轴向拉脱性能。
In this paper, the tubes were first heat-treated to obtain tubes with different hardness values. Then the expanded specimens with different differences between the tube hardness and tube head hardness were expanded. Effect of Different Differences of Hardness and Head Hardness on Expansion Joint Quality of Boiler. The results show that when the average hardness of the pipe is close to that of the tube plate, the sealing performance of the expanded joint is poor and the pullout force is small. When the average hardness of the pipe is less than 11HB ~ 41HB, the expanded joint can obtain good Sealing performance and axial pull-off performance.
