中学教育是学生学好文化科学知识基础的关键阶段，基础打得牢不牢，对于学生将来能否适应社会主义建设，实现四个现代化的需要，有着直接的关系。从这一认识出发，我们遵照华主席关于培养和造就大批又红又专的建设人材的指示，采取了有效措施，加强了基础知识的教学，取得了较好的效果。
Middle school education is a crucial stage for students to learn the foundation of cultural science knowledge. The foundation is not firmly adhered to. It has a direct relationship to whether students can adapt to socialist construction and realize the needs of the four modernizations in the future.
