病例报告:患者李某,43岁,女性,因右上腹不适、隐痛、食量减退,来我科门诊。查体:慢性肝病外貌,嗜睡,有时神志恍惚,答非所问,巩膜及全身皮肤无黄染,肝未触及;脾肋下4横指;胸壁静脉怒张,可听到血管连续性杂音;下肢浮肿。实验室检查:RBC398万,Hb70％,WBC28000,血小板6.4万,SGPT72单位,黄疸指数7单位,麝浊14单位,麝絮(++++),脑磷脂实验(+++),临床诊断:门静脉性肝
Case Report: Patient Lee, aged 43, females, came to our clinic because of right upper quadrant discomfort, pain and loss of appetite. Physical examination: Chronic liver disease appearance, lethargy, and sometimes unconscious, ask nonsense, sclera and body skin without yellow dye, the liver is not touched; splenic ribs 4 transverse means; chest wall venous distention, can hear continuous murmur; lower extremity edema. Laboratory tests: RBC398 million, Hb70%, WBC28000, platelets 64000, SGPT72 units, jaundice index 7 units, musk turbidity 14 units, musk floss (+++), brain phospholipid test (+++), clinical diagnosis: Portal venous liver
