以壳聚糖、环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵(GTA)为原料,合成壳聚糖季铵盐(HACC)的最佳工艺条件为:n(壳聚糖):n(GTA)=1:4,反应温度90℃,反应时间20h,w(壳聚糖):w(异丙醇)=1:40。该条件下阳离子松香酯化率97%,收率85%。产物结构通过红外光谱和扫描电镜得以鉴定。将该壳聚糖季铵盐作为抗菌剂以表面施胶的方法添加在纸张中,该纸张不仅抗菌性能良好,且物理性能有所提高。
The optimal conditions for the synthesis of chitosan quaternary ammonium salt (HACC) from chitosan and glycidyltrimethylammonium chloride (GTA) were: n (chitosan): n (GTA) = 1: 4, reaction temperature 90 ℃, reaction time 20h, w (chitosan): w (isopropanol) = 1:40. Under the conditions of cationic rosin esterification rate of 97%, the yield of 85%. The product structure was identified by infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The chitosan quaternary ammonium salt is added to the paper as an antibacterial agent by surface sizing, which not only has good antibacterial performance but also has improved physical properties.
