服务品牌是指通过商品或者劳动的服务过程赢得消费者满意的一种特殊品牌形式,也是品牌总体形象中重要的组成部分,对商品发展具有很大意义,对其进行用户体验评价也是非常必要,文中以北京“国珍”服务品牌体验评价为例进行研究,望对实际生活中服务品牌及第三方体验评起到借鉴作用。
Service brand is a kind of special brand form that can obtain consumer’s satisfaction through the service process of goods or labor.
