通过水分仪结合称重法严格控制土壤水分的盆栽试验,研究了不同类型杂交稻叶片渗透调节物质对不同时段水分亏缺的生理响应。结果表明:水分亏缺条件下杂交稻叶片游离脯氨酸和可溶性糖的含量明显增加,受影响程度随生育进程的增加、控水天数的延长及叶位的降低而变化。随控水持续时间的延长,游离脯氨酸和可溶性糖的含量及增加幅度逐渐降低。随叶位的降低,可溶性糖含量呈上升趋势,水分亏缺导致下部叶片的可溶性糖含量显著升高;而不同叶位的游离脯氨酸含量变化在不同水分条件下表现不一致。水分亏缺引起普通杂交稻汕优63叶片渗透物质含量增加的幅度要低于超级杂交稻两优培九、国稻6号和Ⅱ优602,不同杂交稻品种对水分亏缺的生理渗透调节存在差异。
The hydroponic instrument combined with the weighed method strictly control the soil moisture in the pot experiment to study the different types of hybrid rice leaf osmotic adjusting substances in different periods of water deficit physiological response. The results showed that the content of free proline and soluble sugar in hybrid rice leaves increased significantly under water deficit condition, and the influence degree increased with the increase of growth process, the prolongation of water control days and the decrease of leaf position. With prolongation of water control, the content and increment of free proline and soluble sugar decreased gradually. With the decrease of leaf position, the content of soluble sugar showed an upward trend. The water deficit resulted in a significant increase of soluble sugar content in lower leaves. However, the changes of free proline content in different leaf positions were inconsistent under different water conditions. Water deficit caused the increase of osmotic content of common hybrid rice Shanyou 63 to be lower than that of the super hybrid rice Liangyoupeijiu, Guodao 6 and Ⅱ You 602. The physiological osmotic adjustment of different hybrid rice varieties to water deficit was different.
