利用放射性核素标记试餐和SPECT技术测定了20例慢性肾功能衰竭（CRF）患者胃固体排空功能，结果显示，CRF患者组全胃半排时间（T1／2、近端胃半排时间（PT1/2）和全胃达到最大计数时间、延迟时间均较正常组明显延迟（P＜0.01），从餐后10分钟起各时间点的胃固体排空时间均低于正常组（P＜0．01），说明CRF患者存在有胃固体排空障碍。
The gastric emptying function in 20 patients with chronic renal failure (CRF) was measured by using radionuclide labeled test and SPECT technique. The results showed that the full gastric half-row time (T1 / 2, proximal gastric half-row time (P <0.01). The time of gastric emptying at each time point from 10 minutes after meal was lower than that of the normal group (P < 0.01), indicating that patients with CRF have gastric emptying disorder.
