冶金固废的综合利用是实现钢铁联合企业固废零排放的关键环节,介绍了一种利用烧结机工艺处理各类冶金固废技术,并对产品进行了在转炉使用的工业生产实践。结果表明,烧结机处理冶金固废从理论和实践上可行;生产的冷却造渣剂在转炉使用效果良好,促进了转炉化渣,能够替代部分球团矿,提高了脱磷率、金属收得率,降低了氧气消耗,对钢水硫质量分数影响甚微;具有较好的经济和社会效益,在冶金行业具有推广价值。
The comprehensive utilization of metallurgical solid waste is the key link to realize zero discharge of solid waste in the iron and steel complex. A kind of metallurgical solid waste technology using sintering machine technology is introduced, and the industrial production practice of using the product in converter is introduced. The results show that it is theoretically and practically feasible to process the metallurgical solid waste by the sintering machine. The produced cooling slagging agent has good effect in the converter, promotes converter slag, can replace some pellets, improves the dephosphorization rate, Rate, reducing oxygen consumption, little effect on the quality of molten steel sulfur content; has good economic and social benefits, with the promotion of the metallurgical industry value.
