报道了高功率全光纤MOPA结构的纳秒脉冲掺铥光纤激光器,其包括低功率被动调Q掺铥光纤激光器种子源,以及两级全光纤结构790nm半导体抽运的高功率掺铥光纤放大器。随抽运功率的改变,激光种子源产生的脉冲重复频率在77240kHz可调,最窄激光脉冲宽度为250ns,最大平均输出功率为73mW。经过两级全光纤掺铥光纤放大器放大之后,最高平均输出功率达到了20W,相应的单脉冲能量为100μJ,激光脉冲宽度为270ns,中心波长为1966nm。
Reported a high power all-fiber MOPA structure of nanosecond pulse doped fiber laser, which includes a low-power passive Q-switched fiber laser seed source, as well as two-stage all-fiber structure of 790nm semiconductor pumping high power fiber amplifier doped. With the change of pumping power, the pulse repetition frequency produced by laser seed source is adjustable at 77240kHz, the narrowest pulse width is 250ns and the maximum average output power is 73mW. After two stages of all-fiber doped 铥 fiber amplifier, the maximum average output power reached 20W, the corresponding single-pulse energy is 100μJ, the laser pulse width is 270ns and the center wavelength is 1966nm.
