氯离子作为水泥中的有害物质,会对混凝土中的钢筋产生锈蚀作用,进而造成混凝土的质量破坏,最终会对工程质量安全产生严重影响。所以,应当严格控制水泥中的氯离子含量,这对保证混凝土的质量十分必要。硫氰酸铵容量测定法作为当前主要的测试方法,具有较为广泛的实际应用。本研究对硫氰酸铵容量法对氯离子含量的测定进行研究分析,对其整体的操作过程,包含试验准备、具体测定步骤等。并通过比较测定结果分析硫氰酸铵容量法在氯离子含量检测中的应用价值,对其检测中的注意事项、模式对比展开进一步研究。
Chloride ions, as harmful substances in cement, can cause corrosion of reinforcing steel bars in concrete and cause the quality of concrete to deteriorate, which will eventually have a serious impact on the quality and safety of the project. Therefore, we should strictly control the chloride content of cement, which is essential to ensure the quality of concrete. Ammonium thiocyanate volumetric assay as the current main test method, has a more extensive practical application. In this study, ammonium thiocyanate volumetric method for the determination of chloride ion content of the study analyzed its overall operation, including the test preparation, the specific determination steps. And by comparing the determination results of ammonium thiocyanate volumetric method in the detection of chloride ion value of the application, the detection of the Notes, pattern comparison further study.
