为了研究市中心路边停车和路外停车场停车存在相互竞争的区域内的路边停车价格,提高城市停车系统的综合效益,考虑停车收费价格、停放时间、路边停车位搜索成本、路外停车场至停车者目的地的步行距离等影响因素,建立了停车用户均衡模型来研究停车者路边停车和路外停车场停车的方式选择问题,并对大量存在的路边停车巡游车辆和因此而造成的通过性车辆的延误成本进行了深入分析。以综合效益最优为目标,建立了基于停车方式选择的路边停车收费定价模型,运用MATLAB软件结合Frank-Wolfe算法进行了模型求解。算例结果显示:与不考虑综合效益时的路边停车收费定价相比,系统总花费减少18.8%,通过性车辆的延误成本减少37.4%,路边停车位停车需求分担率减少55.2%,证明了模型的有效性和实用性。
