目的探讨手术室与消毒供应中心一体化运行模式。方法从建筑结构、设备配置、人员要求、操作流程、组织管理等方面实施手术室与供应室一体化管理模式。结果提高了器械清洗质量,有利于器械的保养,有效控制医院内感染;节省了手术室护士大量时间,满足了专科发展的需要。结论合理利用卫生资源,控制医院成本,手术室与消毒供应中心形成各自独立而又密切相关的一体化管理模式,提高了工作效率。
Objective To explore the integrated operating mode of operating room and disinfection supply center. Methods The integrated management mode of operating room and supply room was implemented from the aspects of building structure, equipment configuration, personnel requirements, operation flow, organization and management. As a result, the quality of instrument cleaning is improved, the maintenance of instruments is facilitated, the infection in the hospital is effectively controlled, the operating room nurse saves a lot of time and meets the needs of specialist development. Conclusion The rational use of health resources, control of hospital costs, operating room and disinfection supply centers form their own independent but closely related to the integrated management mode, improve work efficiency.
