以70 t EAF-GOR-LF-CC工艺生产304不锈钢为背景,分别对GOR冶炼过程初始钢液、终点钢液以及还原渣取样分析,重点考察了还原渣碱度、渣中残余Cr_2O_3质量分数(w((Cr_2O_3)))以及钢液初始硫质量分数(w([S_s]))对钢液深脱硫效果的影响规律,得出了以下结论:还原渣碱度对脱硫有较大影响,高炉渣碱度有利于钢液脱硫,但当炉渣碱度达到1.75以上时,炉渣碱度对终点硫质量分数(w([Sf]))的影响逐步变小。还原渣中残余Cr_2O_3对脱硫有阻碍作用,尽可能降低渣中w((Cr_2O_3))有利于提高GOR脱硫效果,当w((Cr_2O_3))降低到0.3%以下时,表观渣-钢间硫分配比(LS°=w((S))/w([S]))明显升高。GOR初始钢液硫质量分数越低,越容易获得最终低硫钢液,当w([S_s])<0.07%时,钢液中最低w([S_f])更容易降低到0.004%以下。根据GOR工业试验结果得出了冶炼终点时优化的表观渣-钢间硫分配比(LS°)随还原渣碱度、w((Cr_2O_3))和w([S_s])的变化关系。
Based on the production of 304 stainless steel by 70 t EAF-GOR-LF-CC process, the initial molten steel, the final molten steel and the reduction slag were sampled and analyzed respectively in the GOR refining process. However, when the basicity of slag reaches above 1.75, the effect of slag basicity on the final sulfur content (w ([Sf]) decreases gradually. Reducing the residual Cr 2 O 3 in the slag can impede the desulphurization. As much as possible, reducing the Cr (Cr 2 O 3) in the slag can improve the desulphurization effect of GOR. When w (Cr 2 O 3) is reduced below 0.3%, apparent slag- The distribution ratio (LS ° = w ((S)) / w ([S])) was significantly higher. The lower the sulfur content of GOR initial molten steel, the easier it is to obtain the final low sulfur molten steel. When w ([S_s]) <0.07%, the minimum w ([S_f]) in molten steel is more easily reduced to below 0.004%. According to the results of GOR industrial tests, the relationship between apparent slag-steel sulfur distribution (LS °) and basicity, w ((Cr 2 O 3)) and w ([S_s]) at the end of smelting was obtained.
