中职学生是青少年相对独立的一个群体,他们虽然年龄和普通高中生相似,但其心理发展状况却不尽相同。不可否认,进入中职学校学习的学生,普遍存在着各种各样的问题,这使得学校教育与管理的难度加大,影响着中职学校培养目标的实现。吐鲁番作为民族地区,很多老师和学生都忽视了心理健康。其实心理健康是现代健康观念中重要的组成部分。如何加强中职学生的心理健康教育,如何根据学生的心理、生理发育特点,在不同阶段确定不同的心理健康教育主题;怎样加强自我调控,提高适应能力。
Secondary vocational students are relatively independent groups of teenagers. Although they are similar in age and common senior high school students, their psychological development is not the same. It is undeniable that students entering vocational schools generally have various problems, which makes the education and management of schools more difficult, which affects the realization of the training objectives of secondary vocational schools. Turpan as a minority area, many teachers and students ignore the mental health. In fact, mental health is an important part of the modern concept of health. How to strengthen the mental health education of secondary vocational students, how to identify different mental health education topics at different stages according to the students’ psychology and physical development characteristics; how to strengthen self-regulation and improve adaptability.
