合成一种新的杂环不对称双偶氮变色酸 2 苯并噻唑偶氮 7 (4’ 氯苯偶氮 ) 1 ,8 二羟基萘 3 ,6 二磺酸 .研究在pH6.2 的邻苯二甲酸氢钾 氢氧化钠缓冲介质中显色试剂与Fe(III)的显色反应特性 .结果表明 :试剂与Fe(III)及CTMAB形成 2∶1∶1的三元络合物 ,显色反应 5min完全并至少可稳定 4h ,以试剂空白为参比络合物的最大吸收波长为 690nm ,表观摩尔吸光系数为 8.0 7× 1 0 4 L·mol- 1·cm- 1,质量浓度在 0~ 5 μg/2 5ml范围内符合比耳定律 ,用拟定的方法测定石灰石、高炉渣中Fe(III)的含量得到满意的结果 .
A new heterocyclic asymmetric bisazo chromotropic acid 2 benzothiazolylazo 7 (4’-chlorophenylazo) 1,8-dihydroxynaphthalene 3,6 disulfonic acid was synthesized. The results showed that the reagent formed a 2: 1: 1 ternary complex with Fe (III) and CTMAB, The reaction 5min completely and at least stable 4h, the reagent blank reference complex maximum absorption wavelength of 690nm, the apparent molar absorptivity of 8.07 × 104L · mol-1 · cm-1, the mass concentration of Beer ’s law was obeyed in the range of 0 ~ 5 μg / 2 5ml, and the content of Fe (III) in limestone and blast furnace slag was determined by the proposed method.
