建筑施工企业和项目部最重视的就是工程的项目成本。但是,存在的各种现实原因,使成本的控制和管理不是非常的理想,项目部对用材管理不当,不及时汇报成本结算、汇报结果不真实,导致频繁出现成本监控失效的现象。本文针对建筑施工企业成本控制问题及对策进行了分析。
Construction companies and project department is the most important project cost of the project. However, the existence of various realistic reasons, the cost control and management is not ideal, the project management of inappropriate materials, not reporting the cost of settlement, reporting results are not true, leading to frequent failure of cost control phenomenon. This article analyzes the cost control of construction enterprises and countermeasures.
