以往在煤炭企业的物资供应过程中,大多数人们都采用传统的储备式供应方式,随着社会经济的飞速发展,物流管理模式有了很大改变,物资供应管理也逐渐朝着零库存的方向发展。落实物资零库存模式能够促进物资的流通,在很大程度上减少企业的物资成本投入,确保企业规模的不断扩大。下面文章中首先论述了当前煤炭企业的物资库存现状,然后提出了强化物资供应的零库存管理对策,希望能够有效提升企业的物资管理水平。
