标准化在社会工业化过程中一直扮演着关键的角色,对人类的经济发展起着重要的作用。很多发达国家在标准化发展过程的同时,非常注重标准对国民经济贡献方面的研究。我国越来越重视标准化工作,但是在标准化对技术进步的研究多数是从理论角度分析,缺少实证研究。本文结合我国实际,构建并运用柯布-道格拉斯生产函数模型,计算出我国标准化活动对技术创新的扩散效应,从而计算出对我国宏观经济的影响,其结果对我国制定标准化改革政策提供了参考。
Standardization has always played a key role in the process of social industrialization and has played an important role in the economic development of mankind. While many developed countries are standardizing their development process, they attach great importance to the research on the contribution of standards to the national economy. China attaches more and more importance to standardization work, but most of the researches on standardization of technological progress are theoretically analyzed and lack of empirical research. Based on China’s reality, this paper constructs and uses the Cobb-Douglas production function model to calculate the diffusion effect of standardization activities on technological innovation in China, so as to calculate the impact on China’s macro-economy. The result provides a reference for China to formulate a standardized reform policy.
