以黑米水提液、黑米醇提液、螺旋藻悬液给老龄BALB/C小鼠每日每只灌胃1ml经45~60天后,测定其皮肤及尾腱中的羟脯氨酸(HyP)的含量及全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活力。结果表明黑米水提液、黑米醇提液能显著提高小鼠皮肤中HyP含量(P<0.01,P<0.05),黑米水提液能显著提高小鼠尾腱中HyP的含量(P<0.05),而黑米醇提液对小鼠尾腱中的HyP含量无明显影响(P>0.05);黑米水提液和醇提液均能显著提高小鼠全血GSH-Px的活力(P<0.05)。
The aged mice were treated with black rice extract, black rice alcohol extract, and spirulina suspension for 1 hour in each of the old BALB/C mice. After 45 to 60 days, the hydroxyproline in the skin and tail cercariae was measured ( HyP) content and whole blood glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity. The results showed that black rice water extract and black rice alcohol extract can significantly increase the content of HyP in mouse skin (P<0.01, P<0.05). Black rice extract can significantly increase HyP in mice. (P<0.05), but the black rice extract had no significant effect on the HyP content in the mice (P>0.05); the black rice water extract and the alcohol extracts could both increase significantly. The activity of GSH-Px in rat whole blood (P<0.05).
