目的:考察羟丙基-β-环糊精包合对细辛脑脑靶向生物利用度的影响。方法:以家兔鼻腔分别灌流细辛脑羟丙基-β-环糊精溶液剂与细辛脑水饱和溶液剂进行比较,考察羟丙基-β-环糊精包合细辛脑后药物的生物利用度。结果:羟丙基-β-环糊精溶液家兔鼻腔灌流后,家兔血液、嗅脑、大脑、筛鼻甲部位的吸收量均高于水饱和溶液,具有统计学意义。结论:细辛脑与羟丙基-β-环糊精形成包合物,经兔鼻腔灌流后,家兔血液、嗅脑、筛鼻甲、大脑吸收量均高于水饱和溶液,细辛脑的生物利用度得到提高。
Objective: To investigate the effects of inclusion of hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin on the targeted bioavailability of asarone brain.
