作者研究了10例巨大单发的滑膜软骨瘤病。年龄27～80岁,全部患者均有肿块并伴间断疼痛,2例发生于髋关节,1例下颌关节,1例肘关节,1例足,5例膝关节,大小1～20cm,其中4例为多个小的滑膜骨软骨瘤聚合而成,6例为单发滑膜钙化团块。前者中2例和后者中1例伴发原发性滑膜软骨瘤病。组织学表现为分叶状,由透明软骨组成,其内有脂肪组织,偶见双核细胞外被滑膜组织。
The authors studied 10 cases of large, single-sided synovial chondromatosis. Ages 27-80 years old, all patients had masses with intermittent pain, 2 cases occurred in the hip joint, 1 case of mandibular joint, 1 case of elbow joint, 1 case of foot, 5 cases of knee joint, size 1-20cm, 4 cases of which Synthesized for a number of small synovial osteochondromas, 6 cases of a single synovial calcification mass.
