目前从文蛤中提取牛磺酸的研究国内未见详细报道。作者主要探索用离子交换树脂柱析法提纯文蛤提取液中牛磺酸及用吸收光谱法测定牛磺酸的可行性。结果表明:H+型阳离子交换树脂对牛磺酸的吸附量最少(0 13mg/g),在pH=3时,流出液的浓度最大;薄层层析法证明,它只含有牛磺酸,不含Cl-或其他氨基酸;当牛磺酸质量浓度在12 5~75 0mg/L,检测波长为415nm时,吸收光谱曲线具有良好线性回归性(r=-1 0000)。
At present, there is no detailed report on the study of taurine extraction from clam. The author mainly explores the purification of taurine in the extract of clam by ion exchange resin and the feasibility of determination of taurine by absorption spectroscopy. The results showed that the H + -type cation exchange resin had the least amount of taurine adsorbed (0 13mg / g), and the maximum concentration of effluent was obtained at pH = 3. The TLC confirmed that it contained only taurine, Cl- or other amino acids. When the concentration of taurine is 125 ~ 75 0 mg / L and the detection wavelength is 415 nm, the absorption curve has a good linear regression (r = -1 0000).
