采用水培实验的方法研究了不同浓度铈、镉单一及铈镉复合处理对玉米种子发芽率、α-淀粉酶活性、三种抗氧化酶(SOD、POD、CAT)活性、细胞膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛含量以及细胞膜透性的影响。结果表明,添加10 mg·L-1的Ce能缓解Cd对玉米种子的毒害,提高种子发芽率,增强α-淀粉酶活性、抗氧化酶(SOD、POD、CAT)活性,降低MDA含量和细胞质膜透性。当镉剂量为100 mg·L-1时,这种缓解作用不明显,甚至有加重毒害的趋势。
A hydroponic experiment was carried out to study the effect of different concentrations of cerium and cadmium on the seed germination rate, α-amylase activity, three antioxidant enzymes (SOD, POD, CAT), the membrane lipid peroxidation MDA content and cell membrane permeability. The results showed that the addition of 10 mg · L-1 Ce could alleviate the toxicity of Cd to maize seeds, increase the seed germination rate, enhance the activity of α-amylase, the activity of antioxidant enzymes (SOD, POD and CAT), decrease the contents of MDA and cytoplasm Membrane permeability. When cadmium dose was 100 mg · L-1, the alleviation effect was not obvious, and even tended to aggravate the toxicity.
