贮箱低温静力试验加注过程中低温介质液位测量关系加注进度和增压气枕大小,本文通过调研分析各种常规低温液位测量方法可行性,同时对某绝热状态下贮箱液氮低温试验的温度和液位数据进行一致性对比分析,给出了基于温度—液位对应关系,通过测量沿贮箱外壁母线通长布置的若干个温度测点的温度并根据温度突变下降特征来监测箱内液位的方法,并给出了该方法在不绝热贮箱液氮低温试验和绝热贮箱液氢低温试验中的应用,并说明了应用该方法存在的问题和辅助措施,为今后低温静力试验液位监测提供了借鉴。
