路面结构不合理和路基压实度不足导致了路面的早期破坏,造成了很大的经济损失。文章介绍了CLSM(Controlled Low-Strength Material)作为一种铺面材料在人孔周边的应用,并用动态锥探试验(Dynamic Cone Penetrometer,简称DCP)来监控CLSM的施工。在SMA磨耗层铺筑1 d后,CLSM就可获得足够的强度来支撑施工交通的作用。DCP结果表明,CLSM具有与混凝土同样的特性,能够改善人孔道面的承载能力和服务能力。在重载交通作用18个月后,最大车辙深度为5 mm,远远低于破坏临界车辙深度(12.5 mm)。在特殊部位路面施工中,CLSM具有很好的应用前景,能获得很好的经济和社会效益。
The irrational pavement structure and insufficient subgrade compaction result in the early destruction of pavement, resulting in great economic losses. The paper introduces the use of Controlled Low-Strength Material (CLSM) as a paving material in the perimeter of manholes and monitors the construction of the CLSM with the Dynamic Cone Penetrometer (DCP). After the SMA wear layer is applied for 1 d, the CLSM can obtain enough strength to support the construction traffic. DCP results show that CLSM has the same characteristics as concrete, can improve the carrying capacity and service capabilities of human aperture. After 18 months of heavy traffic, the maximum rutting depth was 5 mm, well below the critical depth of damage (12.5 mm). In the special parts of the pavement construction, CLSM has good application prospects, can get very good economic and social benefits.
