对30.2 mm厚X65钢板板端裂纹的成因及其对钢板性能的影响进行了试验与分析。结果表明:板端裂纹产生于钢板的头部及尾部剪切面上,裂纹及其附近未见明显的夹杂及组织异常。钢板剪切过程中较小的剪刃间隙是板端开裂的主要原因,当与剪切方向呈45°的最大剪应力超过钢板剪切强度极限τmax时,钢板端面沿切应力方向开裂。
The cause of the crack at the end of 30.2 mm thick X65 steel plate and its effect on the properties of the steel plate were tested and analyzed. The results show that the crack at the plate edge is produced on the head and tail shear surface of the steel plate, and no obvious inclusions and abnormal tissues are observed in and around the crack. The smaller shearing gap during shearing process is the main reason for the cracking at the plate end. When the maximum shearing stress at 45 ° to the shearing direction exceeds the ultimate shear stress τmax, the end face of the steel sheet cracks along the direction of shear stress.
