空手道已是国际化的体育项目,是世界体育文化交流融合发展的新领域,正在成为我国大学生生活的有机组成部分。采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法,选取上海理工大学、湖州师范学院为研究样本,对空手道项目训练实践后大学生的认知情况进行探究,为高校更好的推广空手道项目提供参考。研究表明:1)空手道项目不同于一般的体育项目,兼具“闭锁式”“开放式”教学特征,是武技又高于一般的武技,比较适合青少年习练,在高校体育项目中具有后发比较优势;2)空手道项目学习实践效果表明,对学生成长及全面发展有积极促进作用,其身心健康的“溢出效应”突出,具有突出的实践价值,受到学生的普遍喜爱,在高校具有较大的发展潜力;3)空手道课程礼仪文化特色鲜明,代表了武技最高的境界诉求,使学生更热爱我国传统文化,未来发展应在社团建设、比赛交流、社会支持、科学训练、训练条件等方面给予更大支持。
Karate has become an international sport and is a new field in which sports and cultural exchanges in the world converge. It is becoming an integral part of college students’ life in China. Using the methods of literature review, questionnaire survey, expert interviews and mathematical statistics, this paper chooses Shanghai University of Technology and Huzhou Teachers College as the research sample to probe into the cognition of undergraduates after the practice of karate project, which is better for colleges and universities The promotion of karate items for reference. The research shows that: 1) The karate project is different from the general sports and has the characteristics of “lock-in” and “open” teaching. It is also a martial arts skill higher than normal and more suitable for young people to practice. (2) The learning and practical effects of the karate project have shown that it has a positive effect on the growth and overall development of students, and their “spillover effect” of physical and mental health is outstanding, which has outstanding practical value and is universally loved by students , Which has great potential for development in colleges and universities. 3) The etiquette and culture of karate courses have distinctive features and represent the highest demands of martial arts. Students are more interested in traditional Chinese culture. Future development should be based on community building, competitions, social support, scientific training , Training conditions and so on to give greater support.
