目的:探讨细胞因子IL-2、IL-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)在儿童特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)患儿血清中的变化及意义。方法:应用流式细胞术检测38例特发性血小板减少性紫癜患儿血清的4种细胞因子水平,并与20例健康对照组相比较。结果:38例ITP患儿血清细胞因子IL-6、TNF-α明显升高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);IL-2、IFN-γ与对照组相比较,升高不明显,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:细胞因子IL-2、IL-6、TNF-α、IFN-γ在儿童特发性血小板减少性紫癜的发病过程中起到了重要的作用,参与其发病机制,检测细胞因子对其诊断、治疗和预后具有一定的临床意义。
Objective: To investigate the changes of serum IL-2, IL-6, TNF-α and IFN-γ in children with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) Change and significance. Methods: The levels of four cytokines in serum of 38 patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura were detected by flow cytometry and compared with 20 healthy controls. Results: Serum levels of IL-6 and TNF-α in 38 children with ITP were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.01). Compared with control group, IL-2 and IFN- High and not obvious, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The cytokines IL-2, IL-6, TNF-α, IFN-γ play an important role in the pathogenesis of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura in children, and participate in the pathogenesis of cytokines, Treatment and prognosis have some clinical significance.
