目的:研究磁共振成像在儿童脑性瘫痪诊断中的价值。方法:通过对我院一年来的39例脑性瘫痪患儿进行综合分析,运用磁共振常规扫描、FT和DTI技术资料。结果:在39例脑瘫患儿进行磁共振显示,异常表现为:弥漫性脑白质发育不良、脑室周围白质软化,其中伴随着脑裂畸形、脑萎缩、胼胝体萎缩。对于参加常规颅脑磁共振扫描,为发现异常者,或者兴趣区纤维束未出现明显变化,FA值等各项异性降低幅度小的。结论:磁共振成像能够对患儿脑瘫成因、部位及病情状况形成明确的结论,在DTI/FT的辅助下,能够发现隐蔽性脑白质损伤,帮助医生制定合理的治疗方案。
Objective: To study the value of magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of cerebral palsy in children. Methods: A total of 39 cases of children with cerebral palsy in our hospital from a year to a comprehensive analysis of the use of conventional magnetic resonance scan, FT and DTI data. Results: The MRI findings of 39 children with cerebral palsy showed abnormal manifestations of diffuse white matter dysplasia, periventricular white matter degeneration, accompanied by schizencephaly, atrophy and corpus callosum atrophy. To participate in conventional brain magnetic resonance scanning, to find abnormalities, or interest zone fiber bundles did not change significantly, the FA value of the reduction of the opposite sex is small. CONCLUSION: Magnetic resonance imaging can make a definite conclusion on the cause, location and condition of cerebral palsy in children. With the aid of DTI / FT, it can detect hidden white matter damage and help doctors make a reasonable treatment plan.
