采用ULTRASPHERE-ODS柱，甲醇-乙腈-水为流动相，梯度洗脱，测定红景天口服液中的酪醇含量，回收率为96．8％（RSD=1.16％）。
The concentration of tyrosol in Rhodiola oral solution was determined by ULTRASPHERE-ODS column, methanol-acetonitrile-water as mobile phase and gradient elution. The recovery rate was 96.8% (RSD = 1.16%).
