钻井作业必然伴随着钻井液在井内的流动及钻井液与井眼周围地层的热交换。钻井液在井内的流动及井内温度分布是影响井下压力平衡、井壁稳定等方面的重要因素 ,深入研究钻井过程中井下流动和传热的规律对钻井作业安全、快速地进行具有极其重要的意义。文章针对目前研究存在的不足 ,建立了钻井过程中井内流动和传热的耦合数学模型 ,并用现场试验数据对数值模拟结果进行了验证
Drilling operations inevitably accompany the flow of drilling fluid in the well and the heat exchange between the drilling fluid and the formation surrounding the wellbore. Drilling fluid flow in the well and temperature distribution inside the well are important factors that affect downhole pressure balance and wellbore stability. It is of great significance to conduct a thorough study of the downhole flow and heat transfer during drilling in order to make drilling operations safe and fast . In this paper, aiming at the shortcomings of current research, a coupled mathematical model of fluid flow and heat transfer in wellbore during drilling is established and the numerical simulation results are verified by field test data
