Looking back just past the 20th century, the global wave of mergers and acquisitions represented by capital flows has surged ahead. The world record of mergers and acquisitions is refreshed again and again. In the first quarter of last year alone, the amount of global business mergers reached as high as 1.14 trillion U.S. dollars, a surge of 68% over the same period of the previous year. In the meantime, under the background of the drastic reform of state-owned enterprises in China, some large and small enterprises are also pinning their hopes of getting out of their predicament on mergers and acquisitions and reorganization. From the restructuring of China's oil market to Hualian Merger and acquisition of the new Yangtze River; mergers and acquisitions from CIMC Expansion to PT Yu Titanium debt restructuring. From these modest “Earthquake ”, we seem to feel the throes of enterprise reform, but also the pain and hope after the confusion.
