Objective To investigate the relationship between the content of trace elements in men and sperm concentration, motility and deformity rate. Methods Nine hundred and ninety-nine male infertility clinics in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into normal normal group (n = 241) and abnormal sperm group (n = 221), sperm motility Magnesium, copper, copper, iron, zinc, cadmium and lead were measured separately on the same day in patients with abnormal sperm motility abnormality group (n = 230) and normal sperm routine examination group (n = 227) Results The levels of calcium, iron and zinc in normal sperm group were higher than those in abnormal group, and the levels of copper, lead and cadmium were lower than those in abnormal group (P <0.05). Conclusion The level of trace elements in the male body is closely related to the quality of sperm. The level of trace elements is of clinical significance for the evaluation and treatment of male infertility.
