2,3,7—三羟基—9—取代萤光酮类显色剂已用于若干元素的分光光度法测定,但其和铅(Ⅱ)显色反应的研究迄今尚未见报道.我们注意到:在pH=10~11的氨性介质中,铅(Ⅱ)—苯基萤光酮(PF)—溴化十六烷基三甲铵(CTMAB)和铅(Ⅱ)—二溴苯基萤光酮—CTMAB两个体系都有较高的灵敏度,前者在波长576nm处具有最大吸收,摩尔吸光系数ε=7.25×10_4,是除卟啉类显色剂测定铅外最灵敏的方法之一.该法已用于纯金属镍等中微量铅的测定,获得满意的结果.
