民族区域自治制度是我国的一项基本政治制度,是根据我国国情做出的正确选择,具有制度的创新性。经过51年的实践,民族区域自治制度在西藏取得了伟大的成就。本文通过对民族区域自治制度在西藏确立、发展与完善进行研究,找出实施这一制度中存在的不足,企图提出一些可行性对策,完善民族区域自治制度,使其更好地与西藏区情相结合,促进西藏长治久安。 The system of regional autonomy of ethnic minorities is a basic political system in our country and the correct choice made according to our own national conditions with institutional innovation. After 51 years of practice, the system of ethnic regional autonomy has made great achievements in Tibet. By studying the establishment, development and perfection of the system of regional autonomy of ethnic minorities in Tibet, this paper finds out the shortcomings in the implementation of this system, attempts to put forward some feasible measures to improve the autonomy system of ethnic minorities so as to make it better to cooperate with Tibet Combination, to promote long-term peace and stability in Tibet.
