目的探讨吸引旋切切除加射频消融术治疗早期喉癌的近期疗效。方法对22例早期喉癌患者,在全麻下支撑成像喉内窥镜下行旋切切除加射频消融术,观察肿瘤的切除效果、复发情况以及嗓音的恢复情况。结果所有病例术后未作放射治疗,6周左右嗓音开始清晰,喉声门区结构保存良好。随访6~39个月未见局部复发和淋巴结转移。结论吸引旋切技术加射频消融,对早期喉癌的近期疗效是肯定的。 Objective To investigate the short-term curative effect of attracting revolving resection and radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of early laryngeal cancer. Methods Twenty - two patients with early laryngeal cancer underwent endoscopic radical resection combined with radiofrequency ablation under general anesthesia. The resection effect, recurrence and voice recovery were observed. Results All cases were not treated with radiotherapy, the voice began to clear around 6 weeks, and the structure of the laryngeal door area was well preserved. Follow-up 6 to 39 months, no local recurrence and lymph node metastasis. Conclusions The recent results of early laryngeal cancer treatment are affirmative in attracting rotational ablation plus radiofrequency ablation.
