随着社会的不断发展,基层医疗卫生机构各部门的职能分配也趋于完善和合理。就医疗机构内各部门来说,都是基层单位发展必不可少的一部分。财务管理部门尽管不直接参与基层单位救死扶伤的工作,然而,却对医疗机构的整体发展起着重要作用。基层医疗卫生机构承担着为社会大众服务的责任与义务,同时基层单位内部也需要持续的动力支持来维持和促进基层单位的长远发展。财务管理在理清基层单位财务关系、方便病人及时就医、维持其正常运作发挥着重要的作用。本文就结合当前基层医疗卫生机构财务部门财务管理工作现状,简要分析如何加强财务管理。 With the continuous development of society, the distribution of functions in various departments of primary medical and health institutions tends to be perfect and reasonable. As far as the various departments in the medical establishment are concerned, it is an indispensable part of the development of grass-roots units. Although financial management departments are not directly involved in the work done by the grassroots units to help them save lives and wounded, however, they play an important role in the overall development of the medical institutions. Primary medical and health institutions shoulder the responsibility and obligation to serve the general public. In the meantime, the grassroots units also need continuous power support to maintain and promote the long-term development of grassroots units. Financial Management Clear out the financial relations at the grass-roots units to facilitate timely medical treatment to patients, to maintain its normal operation plays an important role. In this paper, based on the current financial management of the financial department of primary health care institutions, we briefly analyze how to strengthen financial management.
