目前,世界贸易组织规则体系下的全球贸易活动正在进一步发展,而国际贸易迅速发展中,许多新的变化出现,贸易成员国也对此有了新的诉求。但是,由于WTO制度涉及世界范围内的贸易规则,故而对新的诉求和变化的反应相对较为缓慢。对此,区域贸易协定可以起到很好的补充作用,能够对新的情况和变化作出及时响应。对此,我国要很好地面对新一轮国际贸易秩序形成所带来的挑战和机遇,发挥大国作用,争取在未来国际贸易中占据先机。 At present, the global trade activities under the rules system of the World Trade Organization are further developing. In the rapid development of international trade, many new changes have taken place and trade member countries have also made new demands. However, since the WTO system involves trade rules in the world, the response to new demands and changes is relatively slow. In this regard, RTAs can play a very complementary role in responding promptly to new situations and changes. To this end, our country should face well the challenges and opportunities brought by the formation of a new round of international trade order, give play to its role as a major power and strive to take the lead in international trade in the future.
