本文应用随机前沿分析方法对高技术产业的区域研发效率进行实证分析。研究表明:(1)中国高技术产业的区域研发效率还处于比较低的水平,不过总体显上升趋势。东部地区高技术产业的研发效率明显高于中西部地区,地理位置对高技术产业的区域研发效率影响显著。(2)科技机构的技术支持对高新技术产业的区域研发效率发挥着明显的正向作用,但市场结构对高技术产业的区域研发效率的影响不显著。(3)金融机构的资金支持对高技术产业的研发效率提高有负面影响,政府资金资助对高技术产业的区域研发效率的贡献没有表现出来。
In this paper, stochastic frontier analysis method is used to analyze the regional R & D efficiency of high-tech industries. The research shows that: (1) The regional R & D efficiency of high-tech industry in China is still at a relatively low level, but the overall trend is on the rise. The R & D efficiency of high-tech industries in the eastern region is obviously higher than that in the central and western regions, and the geographical location has a significant impact on the regional R & D efficiency of high-tech industries. (2) The technical support of science and technology institutions plays a significant positive role in the efficiency of regional research and development in high-tech industries, but the impact of market structure on the efficiency of regional research and development in high-tech industries is insignificant. (3) The financial support of financial institutions has a negative impact on the R & D efficiency of high-tech industries, and the contribution of government funding to the R & D efficiency of high-tech industries is not shown.
