目的:观察泰脂安对高脂模型大鼠的降脂作用,探讨泰脂安可能的降脂作用机制。方法:应用SD和SHR大鼠建立高脂血症模型,观察中药泰脂安对高脂大鼠的降脂作用。结果:口服泰脂安对正常饮食的SD大鼠的血清中血脂没有影响。口服泰脂安2周可以使食用高脂饮食的大鼠血清中的胆固醇的含量明显降低,还可以提高SD大鼠血清中的脂蛋白脂肪酶含量。结论:泰脂安对高脂模型大鼠有较好的降脂作用,其降脂作用机制可能与泰脂安升高血清中的脂蛋白脂肪酶含量有关。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the lipid-lowering effect of Taizhi’an on hyperlipidemia rats and to explore the possible lipid-lowering mechanism of Taizhi’an. METHODS: SD and SHR rats were used to establish a hyperlipidemia model and the lipid-lowering effect of traditional Chinese medicine Taizhi’an on high-fat rats was observed. RESULTS: Oral Taizhian had no effect on serum lipids in normal diet SD rats. After oral administration of tyrrenol for 2 weeks, the serum cholesterol in rats fed a high fat diet can be significantly reduced, and the serum lipoprotein lipase level in SD rats can also be increased. Conclusion: Taizhi’an has better lipid-lowering effect on high-fat model rats, and its lipid-lowering mechanism may be related to the increase of lipoprotein lipase in Taizhi’an serum.
