目的 :探讨12 5I放射性粒子术中植入 ,治疗腹部晚期肿瘤的意义。方法 :回顾性分析 2 0 0 1年 8月～ 11月术中植入12 5I粒子的晚期腹部恶性肿瘤患者 11例。结果 :全部患者共植入12 5I粒子 94粒 ,术后 1周复查外周血象及临床观察无毒副反应出现 ,3例顽固性疼痛患者症状得到明显改善。结论 :有针对性地选择腹部晚期肿瘤患者 ,在开腹探查术中即时在肿瘤区植入12 5I放射性粒子 ,其近期止疼效果满意 ,且安全可靠。
Objective: To investigate the significance of 125I radioactive seeds implantation in the treatment of advanced abdominal cancer. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 11 cases of advanced abdominal malignancies implanted with 125 I seeds from August to November 2001 was performed. Results: A total of 94 patients with 125I particles were implanted in all patients. The peripheral blood was reviewed one week after operation and the non-toxic side effects were observed clinically. The symptoms of 3 patients with refractory pain were significantly improved. CONCLUSIONS: In the targeted selection of patients with advanced abdominal tumors, 125I radioactive particles are implanted in the tumor area immediately during laparotomy. The recent pain relief is satisfactory and safe and reliable.
