目的分析缺氧对早产儿心肌酶谱的影响,比较窒息早产儿、无窒息早产儿与足月窒息儿之间的差异。方法120例新生儿中窒息早产儿、无窒息早产儿、足月窒息儿以及正常新生儿各30例。采用病例对照回顾性研究法,分别在出生后第1、7 d采血检测血清心肌酶谱、肌钙蛋白等指标的含量。结果窒息早产儿组的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、α-羟丁氨酸脱氢酶(α-HBDH)、血清肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。无窒息早产儿与正常新生儿之间没有差异(P>0.05)。足月窒息儿与正常新生儿之间有差异(P<0.05)。结论窒息早产儿存在不同程度的心肌损害,应常规检查心肌酶谱。
Objective To analyze the effect of hypoxia on myocardial enzymes in preterm infants, and to compare the differences between preterm infants with asphyxia, asphyxia without premature infants and full-term asphyxia children. Methods Thirty newborns with asphyxial preterm infants, 30 asymptomatic preterm infants, full term asphyxia infants and normal newborns were enrolled. Case-control retrospective study was used to detect serum myocardial enzymes and troponin contents at the first day after birth. Results The levels of LDH, α-HBDH, CK and CK-MB in preterm infants with asphyxia Higher than the control group (P <0.05). There was no difference between asphyxiated preterm and normal neonates (P> 0.05). There was a difference between full-term asphyxia children and normal newborns (P <0.05). Conclusion Asphyxia premature children have different degrees of myocardial damage, myocardial enzymes should be routinely checked.
