万达长白山室内水乐园为罕见的大跨坡屋顶管桁架结构,由于坡屋面建筑造型易造成积雪,且屋面高低错落易造成堆雪,雪荷载远远大于常规轻钢屋面,成为设计主要控制荷载。国内荷载规范对此类屋面的雪荷载规定过于简单且偏于不安全,本工程按美国荷载规范进行雪荷载取值。本工程杆件截面尺寸大,杆件交汇处节点复杂,对结构的整体受力、雪荷载合理取值、整体屈曲、节点分析、施工阶段模拟等进行了详细研究,保证了结构的安全。
Wanda Changbaishan Indoor Water Park is a rare long-span roof pipe trussed structure. As the sloping roof construction is easy to cause snow accumulation and snow drift is caused by the roof falling, the snow load is far greater than the conventional light steel roof and becomes the main control load of design . The domestic load regulation on such roof snow load is too simple and partial to unsafe, the project according to the US load specification snow load value. The section size of the bar of the project is large, the joints of the bars are complex, and the detailed study is conducted on the overall structure stress, the reasonable value of the snow load, the overall buckling, the node analysis and the construction stage simulation to ensure the structural safety.
