In my years of teaching work, I have been engaged in the same topic as many people. I am committed to all kinds of competitions for students, and I use high scores, perfect scores, and top rankings as standards to measure the quality of children. In my understanding, a teacher who can make many children go to school must be a teacher. However, there was one thing that changed me and changed my educational view of this life. In the layered teaching, I did the class teacher of the ordinary class. It can be said that it is self-evident that the children’s learning and self-discipline are different from the “advancement class”. As the head teacher, how can I educate? What about them? I secretly decided that I must make “normal” a miracle.
