目的:优选菊花的提取工艺条件。方法:选择提取时间、乙醇体积分数、加醇量为自变量,木犀草素、芹菜素、绿原酸得率的总评“归一值”为因变量,采用Box-Behnken效应面法优选菊花的醇提工艺并对该工艺进行预测分析。结果:最佳提取工艺为加12倍量80%乙醇提取110 min;木犀草素、芹菜素、绿原酸平均得率分别为1.64%,0.94%,3.95%,实测OD=0.979 6(RSD 1.83%),与预测值(0.981 6)的偏差0.204%。结论:优选的提取工艺稳定可行且可预测性强。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of chrysanthemum. Methods: The total ratings of “lutein”, luteolin, apigenin and chlorogenic acid were used as the dependent variables to select the extraction time, the volume fraction of ethanol and the amount of alcohol as the independent variable. Results: The best extraction process was extracted with 12 times amount of 80% ethanol for 110 min.
